No, where will I find the zip file ? Send it to your email listed in QRZ ?

Sorry read the manual and looked in the "Help, open config folder" but I don't see a zip file.

I completed the support request in the "Help" menu selection in Log4OM ver 2.9.

Well this hasn't fixed itself and since TQSL is not involved in the download process that pretty much narrows it down to Log4OM doing something strange, right?

No special characters in my password it is alpha numeric but no special characters.

This was a direct download in Log4OM QSL manager. Am I correct in thinking that TQSL is not involved in the download process??
