I have the same problem ... I have seen some people have set LOTW to Interactive to fix the problem, but that does not seem to have any effect for me.

When I try to install the v1.27.0 update the setup application appears to hang with no indication in the user interface other than a spinning circle for the mouse pointers. I am using Windows 10 x64. Any ideas or thoughts? I just downloaded the public release and installed it without issue on a Win...
