TCI Support
Hi Terry, I know that we have discussed TCI support some time ago, however as more and more software is implementing TCI, I wondered if you had it in your roadmap for 2021? I am sure for a lot of people it would be really good news. Thanks to you and all the team for making LOG4OM such a superb prog...

Re: Expert SunSDR2 DX
Following on from my previous email regarding the suggestion by Expert Electronics to use SDC a free utility like DDUtils by Yuri Pavlov UT4LW, this worked straight away and has been completely stable. For other owners of the SunSDR2 DX this is my setup: For the virtual ports I am using VSP Manager ...

Re: Expert SunSDR2 DX
Yes, everything as admin. The Expert Electronics guys are very much into updating their software to improve it and very helpful in replying. I initially got it working, but then an update seemed to cause a problem, however, I am not 100% sure as I had had a com port problem having uninstalled the Fl...

Re: Expert SunSDR2 DX
Thanks Terry. They do have Omnirig as an option, but I cannot get it to work. They suggested meanwhile to use SDC, which is an app by Yuri Pavlov UT4LW - a bit like DDUtils. Will give that a try. If there are any other SunSDR2 users out there I would like to hear if you have managed a connection via...

Expert SunSDR2 DX
I wonder if LOG4OM will be implementing TCI, which Expert Electronics favour over the standard CAT system? https://eesdr.com/en/support-en/articles-en/17-articles-ru/185-tci-interface I am a supporter of Log4OM, but my new SunSDR2 DX doesn't want to talk to LOG4OM via Omnirig. I have recently been c...

GridTracker with Flex 6300, LOG4OM and WSJT-X
For those of you who have not used GridTracker, it is principally a live map programme for Digital modes designed by Tag Loomis N0TTL. Tag is very much a hands on programmer and design requests are initiated almost at once. It does have a lot of features! https://tagloomis.com/grid-tracker/ I am not...

Re: Log4OM Cluster Spots to Flex 6000
Hi Terry, On further research I think I am correct in saying that there is no capability in SmartSDR to directly connect to a cluster server via telnet. Spots can be provided from certain programs such as N1MM, FRStack, Slicemaster, DXLabs, and Logger32 as well as any other third party program that ...

Log4OM Cluster Spots to Flex 6000
First of all many thanks To Daniele and everyone else for a superb update to Log4OM, especially the propagation info and general style, which is very clean and readable. I am trying to get spots from Log4OM V2 to Flex. I know I can use SliceMaster, but I would sooner have a minimum of software runni...
