I solved my problem. I opened LOG4OM as an Administrator.

Omnirig interface
Using V2. I am trying to setup CAT. Omnirig is installed. When I click on Connect/CAT/Show Cat Interface the Cat Interface does not appear.

Thank you, I think the problem is solved- I had one view set as "Worked" and the other set as "LOTW". They are now both set at "Worked".

Problem solved by opening V2 as administrator. I must have opened OmniRig as an administrator.

I am setting up Version 2. When I go to "Connect/CAT/Show CAT Interface" the OmniRig Interface box does not open. I tried closing Log4OM and installing OmniRig but that did not help.

I am setting up Version 2. I am at the Radio CAT Control Step. When I try Connect/Cat/Show CAT Interface the OMNIRig Interface box does not show. I did try shutting down LOG4OM and reinstalling OmniRig but that did not help. I would appreciate your help

PROBLEM FIXED. Verified ModeList.csv exists. Deleted the two files, made a couple of FT4 contacts and they logged correctly. Thank you both for all your help. I'm so glad I picked LOG4OM. Your support is fantastic.
