OK.... I found the band plan xml files and modified the one for IARU R2. But I am still having the same issue. I there any of the other files that need to be changed?

I have a similar problem. Running a skimmer server for CW only. All spots show modulation as USB and some show emission type as digital. The spots are indeed CW. Guess I should have read that. I assumed the back up was just the log info, not the settings config.
