I just noticed today that when I input a call sign no name is automatically uploaded into the "Name" block. It is blank. Also, when I go to the "State" block on the "Extended Info" tab, the state and QTH information is also missing from that area.

Took your advise and uploaded both files from the Log4OM software program as you suggested.
Both uploaded with no problems and all is now up to date and current.

Uploading from there is surely more easy and convenient.

Terry, Thanks for your quick reply. I think I have narrowed it down to just the .adi spreadsheet that I try to upload to LotW. On my FT-8 .adi spreadsheet I have 19 entries. When uploaded to LotW it states 16 entries "no new entries" when I actually have 19. The last three are not recogniz...
