Re: LOG4OM does not start

Hi Jürgen, Hi Terry, I just realized that I was on V1.33, but also very old. I normally change my software only when I need to fix bugs or desire new available features. Till now my old release was running very stable and reliable. I love to read manuals and I am very happy that LOG4OM has such a go...

Re: LOG4OM does not start

Hi Terry,

I tried 1.41 as advised and it works! Any idea what was the reason for the fault?

Thanks a lot and have a nice day.

LOG4OM does not start

My LOG4OM V1.3 does not start any more. The Communicator do not show up and the task manager displays LOG4OM with 30% CPU. Till yesterday everyhing worked fine every day. All other programs behave well and I have not installed any new software for a long time. Also there was no Windows update yester...

Re: CQ Zone detection in Cluster (F9)

Hi Terry, hi Jürgen, yes this is true but I could not find the corresponding cluster command. I know the JTALERT feature for Zones but this works only for WSJT-X. Now my current solution for Zone 19 is using the Alert function for Asiatic Russia+80m and for calls with a 0. This is just a first appro...

Re: CQ Zone detection in Cluster (F9)

Hi Jürgen, thank you for the fast reply. But I think the login script is just started once at the start of the cluster. I need the zone information for each spot for filtering. I already created in Settings an Alert for Asiatic Russia on 80m. This is better than nothing but Zone 19 is unfortunately ...

CQ Zone detection in Cluster (F9)

I am looking for some CQ-Zones on selected bands for WAZ-award. For example is there an option to highlight or alert any calls from Zone 19 on 80m. I already searched the forum but did not find a solution for my task. I only found that HAMQTH provides more reliable Zone Informations than QRZ.COM. An...

Re: MSK144

Hi K0AY, LOTW does not support MSK144 Mode. The solution is to map this mode to DIGITAL in the TQSL program under the option preferences. See http://www.arrl.org/TrustedQSL/tQSL-help/pref-adi.htm . After mapping MSK144 to DIGITAL the upload worked without errors. Hope to meet you on 60m in JT65 or J...

Re: Station worked same band AND SAME MODE

Terry, thank you. It would be nice to see this feature in the new version 2. This is not only an issue for competitions/contests. Also with DXpeditions or rare calls at all it would be an improvement to see at the first glance if this cluster spot is a new band and mode point for this call. This wou...

Re: Station worked same band AND SAME MODE

Hi Terry, I think this problem is more sophisticated. Your example does not refer to the station worked but to the country confirmed on this band/mode. Here is an example: LOG4OM-mode2.JPG LOG4OM-mode1.JPG LOG4OM-mode3.JPG I have worked CO8LY on 12 m CW but this contact and Cuba at all is still not ...
