I am getting exactly the same problem after the last windows update. I give log4om permission but it will not allow it to connect to its database.

I had an identical problem. I even tried updating the program to the latest version which still didn't help.
I should have come to this Support Forum first before wasting 2 evenings trying to fix it. I connected to GB7MBC as recommended and it's working perfectly.
