Re: Upon installation of new versions my database doesn't load
logom.sql is the base file for MYSQL database creation. LogOm.sqlite is the EMPTY FILE that Log4OM use to create a new database. It will be renamed and saved with the required name during the "FILE -> NEW" activity If you save your log in LogOM.SQLite, that is a "system file", y...

Re: Upon installation of new versions my database doesn't load
Very interesting observations - According to your comments about the Roaming folder, I examined the contents there and located my .SQLite file "LogOm.SQLite" (there is no 4 in the name) in the AppData\Roaming dir. This after I imported my own log file backup after again installing the upda...

Re: Upon installation of new versions my database doesn't load
We noticed, anyway, that some "ultra aggressive" safety configurations of windows prevents almost any usage of the roaming folder to installed software, and this can be your situation. Unfortunately a diagnose is difficult to made without logs but it's really strange that you won't loose ...

Upon installation of new versions my database doesn't load
I want to try and get an answer one more time. I just downloaded the new version of Log4OM and installed it. Once again, after I run it my entire log does not show up, and I have to import a backup. This has been happening for years. For some reason it doesn't know where my database is (I guess?) so...

Re: Club Log Upload Options Not Explained
Nope - it's not working again and I made no changes whatsoever at all to any settings . I tried to upload another record as a test and I got no changes to the club log upload status in log4om so I checked the log file. I sent the log file to Terry, because it's a doozy of arcane computer text that I...

Re: Club Log Upload Options Not Explained
Found your issue was as follows, not a Log4OM bug 1. You have not installed Log4OM to run as an administrator 2. You have an incorrect email address in the Clublog field of the Log4OM/Options/External logs/Clublog email address field I corrected the email address and upload worked immediately and t...

Re: Club Log Upload Options Not Explained
Where am I supposed to send the support file Log4OM created? In the box it says -
"Please send it to a developer or support team member"
How?
What email address?
What PM?
I can neither PM Terry or find any email address listed to send the file.

Re: Club Log Upload Options Not Explained
Did you refresh the window by clicking search with the 'Y' filter engaged? Yes I did. Before I make any posts like this I try many times to get it to work, and I read the manual. It doesn't work here for me, I don't know why, so I'm continuing to try to get answers. This, as with all new Log4OM fun...

Re: Club Log Upload Options Not Explained
OK I got the new manual and tried it all again. I added the Club Log columns to the search results layout. They currently contain no characters at all {blank}. I checked "N" and search and I got no records displayed - OK good. I checked "Y" and search and got no results - OK. I c...
