I'm not quite sure if this could help.... I had this same problem but it started with me as soon as I'd changed some ALREADY uploaded QSO's to LOTW from "YES" to "NO". I made some nice contacts in the past to whom I already sent a confirmation through LOTW but never got a confirm...

Hi Terry, thanks for replying. I'm using Log4OM2 Version 2.21.1.0 and Windows 10. I've already tried the FoxIt-Software instead of Adobe but the results are the same... I've also changed the font-size but that didn't work, same results. I've checked the printer-settings and they are exactly the same...
