Re: Awards question.
I just started looking into the JCC Award but mapping the city to a JCC Reference doesn't look simple; in the information downloaded from QRZ.com the city name is often meshed with other information, or in different positions, or spelled as for example "Kawasaki-city". I guess an automatic...

"Band" not showing in the Edit QSO window
I log QSO's entering the proper Band and store them. The "Recent QSOs" view shows the Band correctly But if I double click the QSO and get to the "edit QSO" window, the Band field is empty It's a MySQL setup, I also double checked directly on the DB and it's behaving correctly ju...

Re: Award Statistics, wrong totals ?
Ok Terry, you're obviously right, I did not formulate my question correctly: I am looking for the DX Challenge statistics, so the sum of all the band countries. I did: - View > Award statistics - Award: DXCC - Predefined config: Challenge - then I looked at the statistics tab What the right way to s...

Award Statistics, wrong totals ?
Award Statistics > DXCC > Statistics Tab shows nicely a table the amount of worked/confirmed etc. qsos per band. The issue is that the rightmost column showing Totals per confirmation level is not calculating the totals properly, example: WORKED 80 99 187 135 233 121 145 48 83 55 290 CONFIRMED 68 75...

Re: Create and use MYSQL Database
You're right, I didn't save the configuration correctly; I guess I just did save & exit
Now I see 127.0.0.1:3306 bottom right with a green dot, and the ADIF Import is working.
Thanks !
Marco

Migration from Log4OM Version 1 - MySQL
Hello,
the user guide clearly states that SQLITE databases can not be migrated, well understood.
What about MySQL ? there's no equally clear statement that it wouldn't work.

Re: H26 (or other regional) Award handling
Thanks Daniele, interesting V2 functionality, looking forward to it. I was just indeed considering the lookup as a next step: extract the regional identifier from data available from external databases ( for ex. zip code), or possibly also from the QTH locator (for 2m QSOs). I'll check and let you k...

H26 (or other regional) Award handling
All, My intent was to use Log4Om's Award functionality to check the status of a Swiss Award (H26); it is already defined by default in the customized awards (H26). No record was shown initially, so I first worked on getting the Regional identifier (Swiss Canton) in the "State" field of the...

Re: ADIF Import: use STATE field for regional Administrative subdivisions
For DXlog.net users: adding this
ADIF_KEYS=STATE;$VALUE.RecInfo.Substring(0,2)
to the contest definitions file will create the STATE entry in the ADIF file, it can then be imported into Log4OM
