It's not about incoming calls, it's about outgoing calls. It's an integration with HRDLog. Internally, everything works fine in Log4OM, but it does not export logged contacts to HRDLog, despite correctly configured data exchange parameters between services.

It's not working for me either. From version 2.27.1.2 (Win) upload to HRDLog does not work.

Hi, In my case it helps. Without JTDX LOG4OM works with below 1% CPU usage. I also change Hamlib to Omnirig. It also reduced the CPU usage. I have the same with version 2.25. After a few minutes, the CPU load reaches 100%. Restarting the application helps for several minutes and the problem returns. VOACAP is disabled, but the problem persists.
Windows 10 (newest version) with CAT interface. I`m using also JTDX.
