Not quite sure what your asking but will try.
Have you created a log book and imported a adif file from another logging program?
Suggest you watch the video on the Log4OM website which explains in great detail everything about Log4OM.

DXCC and /AM, /MM calls
I want to make the user community aware of an issue some may run across when working /AM or /MM calls, i.e. K7PT/MM. /AM and /MM calls are not useful for DXCC purposes as they CANNOT be resolved to an entity. DXCC rules state that a QSO must be made from LAND. So, how do we handle them for awards? A...

Re: LoTW and 2 very close QTHs (OT but related)
For DXCC purposes, as long as the entity is the same all is OK no matter if you move from Bangor, Me to L.A.
WAS is 50 miles and the same state.
VUCC is a different story as your grid square will change.

Re: USA zone 5 bug?
If there is no zone information available, it will resolve to the center of the contry, i.e. USA would be zone 5.
Another option is to use HamQTH for look ups as it's free.

Re: USA zone 5 bug?
Being a non-paid Ham Member of QRZ you will not receive the zone from QRZ. In that event, Log4OM defaults to the center of the country (U.S.) or zone 5.

Re: Cluster Filter
The Log4OM mode filters are set per the region band plan, R1, R2 and R3. I believe you are are in region 3. Do you have the correct region selected in the Log4OM settings?

This is a known problem and will be resolved with the next release. Hold on for a bit. It's in Beta testing now.
