The "V" status is either set manually or when you download your LOTW matches.
If they are cards which you had checked by a ARRL card checker, you must manually set the "V" status.

If you have downloaded from LOTW all your records, the LOTW QSOS will be correct.
The ones that are only cards will have to be done manually by going to your DXCC matrix on LOTW and go through each credited entry.

The Private Pass Sign password is not normally used. It is not the same as you use for logging onto the LOTW web site. Unless you created one in the CERT process, clear it. Also, the station location normally is not your call sign, it's normally like DESKTOP, LAPTOP, etc. Check these and let us know...

All seems normal here. Are you sure it's not the connection time to the cluster you have selected or your internet connection to the cluster?????
