Seems nobody has come forward so email me at my address on QRZ and we will have to do it long distance.

You will need to install TeamViewer on the computer where Log4OM is located, for me to resolve the issue

Where in the world are you located, cant tell because you dont display a call sign? Let me know and we will arrange a TeamViewer session to resolve the issue.


It must be something on your system that is wrong because many of us use this set up without problems.

Follow our user guide and video disable all other methods of CAT control in FLdigi and use the XML/RPC facility in FLDigi

Log4OM communicates with your radio using Omnirig and also with FLDigi using the UDP connection to XML/RPC this is fully documented

Have you enabled the XML/RPC control in FLDigi?

Did you enable the 'Inbound/Fldigi settings in the Log4OM communicator as shown in our user guide and YouTube video tutorials

G4POP, I thank you for your answers and suggestions. I guess the best thing for me to do is just uninstall the program and find another logging program. Sorry G4POP, I guess I misreported that. I'm using Windows 10 Home and I should have said the Database in on the desktop not the root directory. That is where the program saved the .SQLite and LOG4OM test files, I think. So: "Did you install Log4OM to 'Run as an administrator' as instructed on page...

First question is why have you created the database in your "Root" directory and not your document folder or Google Drive/Dropbox folder? Dis you install Log4OM to 'Run as an administrator' as instructed on page 1 of our quick start guide and page 9 of the user guide and in our 'Getting started' You...

Things change with external services like LOTW IOTA SOTA CLUBLOG etc and we have to modify Log4om continually so that these service continue to be supported.

If you fail to update the program don't expect it to work efficiently forever!
