Lost all my configuration
I turned on my logging pc this evening (after having used it earlier today) and Log4OM started up as if it were a new installation. It seems to have lost all the configuration information. I have reconnected it to the database successfully and I am working through everything else, CAT connection, cl...

Re: No upload of QSOs to QRZ.COM
Well, it now seems to be working. I 'cut and pasted' the API key and now it's working.

Re: No upload of QSOs to QRZ.COM
Yes, I am an XML subscriber. I only recently joined up (like last Monday recently) so it won't have expired yet.

No upload of QSOs to QRZ.COM
I'm using Log4OM 2.28.0.0 - which is, I think, the latest version. Although I have entered my API key (and this works for information download from QRZ.COM) my QSOs don't upload to the QRZ.com log. The upload seems to be working OK for eQSL. (I don't try to automatically upload to LoTW as the Truste...

Re: Download from eQSL
Thanks Terry. It was indeed a problem with the nickname setting. Log4OM requires the field to be filled, eQSL doesn't seem to, but they have to match. Once I had matching nicknames in both places the download worked.

Download from eQSL
I have managed to successfully download confirmations from LoTW to my Log4OM. But, when I try to do the same for eQSL it connects to eQSL but can't find any records to download. My guess is that this is because I have sorted all my eQSL responses on the eQSL site and archived all the confirmed QSO's...

Re: Run as Administrator
Thanks Nolan. This implies that the UAC pop up would be general to everyone using Log4OM in administrator unless they are suppressed.

Re: Run as Administrator
Hi Nolan, Thanks for your reply. I let Log4OM do its own thing and install itself where it thought best. I'm a but confused as to why Windows throws up the UAC dialogues when I try to set the program as 'run as administrator'. At the moment I'm only using Log4OM and Omnirig to talk to my K3. I am ho...

Run as Administrator
I am a very new newbie to Log4OM and computer connected amateur radio in general. When I installed Log4OM (v2) I didn't install it to 'run as administrator'. If I try to change the .exe files property to do that I get a Windows permission message (Do you want to allow this application to make change...
