I am seeing the same thing for U.S. counties. I am using Windows 10 version 1903 and Log4OM version 1.40.

Remember that LOTW often gets bogged down processing QSO's after a big contest weekend. This past weekend was Sweepstakes CW. Thanks for your quick reply. I understand that my mistake was creating separate databases for each configuration. I will create one database, and use it with all configurations. I appreciate the suggestion of keeping that database in the cloud. I will work on that. Thanks again. 73
