I am experiencing the same issue even after trying all the suggestions Terry made. I finally did get it to work, however. I had 18 total QSO's to upload (by searching by upload value of NO). Instead of selecting all, I selected 5 or so at a time, and selected Upload ... then I got the usual messages...
