Re: PSTRotator Satellite Info
I'm not exactly following, Terry. So PSTRotator is controlling the rig: frequency and mode. I can copy that information manually into Log4OM. I was wondering if this information can also be received by Log4OM via UDP from PSTRotator. It's just my curiosity getting the better of me. Heh, I still don'...

Re: PSTRotator Satellite Info
Hi Terry, Happy New Year!
Sorry for not replying right away. I suppose the only thing that might be of interest is the frequency. Actually, the mode might be interesting as well.
Cheers!

PSTRotator Satellite Info
Happy New Year! I have been running PSTRotator to track satellites lately. I have been looking through the documentation for both PSTRotator & Log4OM V2 trying to find out if there is some way to get the tracking information and frequencies from PSTRotator back to Log4OM. Wishing everyone a bett...

Losing Hamlib Connection
Hello Folks, I just recently started using Hamlib for CAT instead of OmniRig. I see some benefits to Hamlib over OmniRig, but I am also having a problem. Rigctld.exe starts fine and the frequency shows up very quickly, but after a number of minutes the connection between Log4OMv2 and rigctld.exe see...

Re: Second UDP Port on JTDX
Right on the money, Terry. That's exactly what happened. I think for now I have to use the procedure you outlined. I know that works.

Re: Second UDP Port on JTDX
Hi Nolan, Thanks for the help. I am using the correct version of Log4OMv2, but I think the user manual was outdated. I just did a force update, and sure enough right around page 140 looks a little different to me tonight. I will try this again tomorrow. It's fairly close to what I tried yesterday, b...

Second UDP Port on JTDX
Hello OM and YLs! My desktop computer is a little too old to handle the strain of WSJT-X, JT-Alert, SmartSDR and Log4OMv2 at the same time, so I have pared down to using JTDX, SmartSDR and Log4OMv2. This is light enough load to let me operate FT-8, etc. I'm having one problem that I can't figure out...

Re: LOTW Login Pickle
I read something like that in another thread about log upload. That's good information, and I'll check that out today. I will report back with the results. Thanks, Doug!

LOTW Login Pickle
Hello Everyone, I'm afraid I have gotten myself in a pickle with LoTW and I'm not quite certain what to do. I manage our club's call sign and LoTW uploads. This weekend I uploaded some QSOs which went without a hitch. I even downloaded QSLs, also without problem. Then I realized that I didn't actual...
