I have watched these good videos several times, I have no problems in modifying my QSL records to denote the card has been received. I upload the cards then look in LOTW. I next look under award account but it is blank.I need to get these ATNOs confirmed and then verified. What am I missing?

in your example, in the red box you have checked received as no. But I have the QSL card. Should it be marked received? My goal is in LOTW to look up a QSO and see the QSL field filled in. So far that field is empty. That means that the QSO has not been updated.

If I modify a qso to show a qsl card received, I cannot upload the changes to LOTW.

info button has no info
When the info button appears, tapping it should bring up a relevant message. But this is happening less than half the time, Most of the time the message window is empty.

lost communications with wsjt-x
When I click on a callsign on wsjt-x, it no longer populates the callsign box in Log4om. The UDP server is set at: 224.0.0.1 port 2237. Suggestions?

Thanks for your efforts Terry. Unfortunately, that did not help. Nor did any of the other settings under "personalize". The program works well until I open settings, then everything freezes.

I'm using the latest version of LOf4om. The setup page positions itself in the upper right hand corner of the screen with the top line (exit, save etc.) not visible.
