Re: How to recover setup data?

Thanks for the quick response, Terry. (And now a complete rewrite of this post.) I had no luck, but then I discovered that there is an extra user account on this PC and it had a Log4OM Appdata entry in it, but it is not the current one. Once I placed it where it belonged, all was well. Thanks again ...

How to recover setup data?

After installing .32 version, I have a problem where Log4OM opens and has no setup information and asks me to fill that all out again. (Initially it opened properly - this was a subsequent program start.) This happened on an earlier release as well, but now I'm concerned I'm going to miss something ...

Re: Flush Existing Clublog Database - it works!

Following up on Terry's suggestion - next you'll have to inspire the users in your area of the country to become more active on the spotting clusters, if they're anything like the Texas area hams. For some reason the number of spotters around here has decreased precipitously over the last few years ...

Pouncing on a RTTY spot

I apologize in advance for asking this question again - I remember when I first started using Log4OM I think I had the same problem and we got it fixed. When I jump on a RTTY spot the rig (Flex6600) goes to the correct frequency but is in DigiU mode instead of RTTY mode. Is there a way to correct ...

Unlisted Country for Prefix - can we fix it locally until supported?

I notice that 5K0T on San Andres Island is showing up in cluster spots with no country, and therefore being indicated as "new country" in the color coding. Is it possible to update the country file locally with the information until the K7PT sourced file is updated? DX4WIN, for one example, allowed ...

Re: Moving "Submitted" QSO's (card, not LOTW) to Granted

I had both "s" and "S" marks on the QSO's. The ones I sent you I had already checked the "credited" boxes, and they had the "s" indicator. The remainder did not have those boxes checked, so I checked them and then unchecked the "Submitted" check box on teh QSL tab. Now, to get it to display properly ...

Re: Moving "Submitted" QSO's (card, not LOTW) to Granted

Thanks for the quick response, Chuck. I've got the flags checked, but it is still not showing up as granted. I enter the "Statistics and Awards" menu, click on the QSO with the "Submitted" flag, to select that Q out of the log, and then I double click it to edit the QSO. I click the DXCC Mixed, CW ...

Moving "Submitted" QSO's (card, not LOTW) to Granted

I have read the manual several times now and cannot match what is being described with what I see in Log4OM. I have the last of my 12m QSO's marked as "Submitted" (to teh ARRL checker), and by now they have already gone through the process and are "Granted." I cannot seem to make those QSO's either ...
