Re: Cluster Spotting Times

I would make sure you have any sh/dx line removed from your cluster settings in Log4OM. If that is there, make sure you remove the cluster from active clusters and then re-add it after the edit (removal) has been made. If you have your clusters filtered make sure you have anything like "missed spot...

Cluster Spotting Times

Does anyone else notice that sometimes the cluster spotting times are spotted ahead of the actual Log4 V2 log program times? I notice that the time in the log program up above is a minute behind the cluster spots. Does not seem to affect anything but I am wondering why this happens. Its like the Spo...

Re: Cluster Disconnects

This is something that I saw in Log4OM V1 and also in Log4OMv2. I usually connect to a couple of clusters and also Supercluster. At random periods of time, the clusters appear to disconnect. I kept the cluster terminal window open to monitor the traffic and it appears that both clusters just stoppe...

Re: Am I missing a setting cluster?

Hi Jim, if you change the settings for a cluster which is active you first have to delete them in the list of actve clusters. After delete the SH/DX 30 for this one in the main list you have to put it back onto the active cluster list and made a restart. ;) ;) Jim This is exactly what I did and it ...

Re: CAT control lose after long Idle

Mike, Another item is that MS loves to mess with audio levels and audio port assignments which plays serious "heck" with audio feeds from your PC to the rig for the digital modes. Always when you least expect it. BTW - tnx for the kudos, but Terry and Daniele are the best and they know virtually ev...

Re: Am I missing a setting cluster?

Rich, Sorry, should have mentioned the source. I copied that from the CC User screen at the top, immediately after I connected to CC User. Incidentally, I just connected to CC User with Log4OM v1, and the sh/dx command didn't happen. I also connected with some other programs, such as N1MM+, and no ...

How do you get the second frequency display to come alive? Is this for SO2R or am I missing something? Using Flex 6300.

Seems like a CAT issue. Check your CAT settings. If its installed correct both VFO's should show. I am using Omnirig.

Re: CAT control lose after long Idle

No problem Nolan. Yes the Alpha team is excellent. Hence the reason I use Log4om. V1 was great and I am liking V2 more and more. I have experienced the audio swap many times with MS. I come to get use to it every time I do a update I have to check the Mic settings. Stay safe.

Re: CAT control lose after long Idle

Your com port is going to sleep due to power saver Man Terry you are always on top of things :D . Ok so my next question is how do I fix this? Do I turn of the sleep mode/power saver mode in my computer settings? Mike, FWIW ... I choose to NOT use any sleep, hibernate, relax, give me a shoulder rub...
