Seems the LOTW download log time format is being done in AM/PM format.
Should be the same format as the log's Qso Start Time or at least preferably in 24-hour time format.
Minor thing...noticed all the abbreviations in the header's for QSO and QSL are incorrect case Qso Qsl. QTH is correct.

Rx Band
When saving a QSO and you have a bad Rx Freq Log4OM does not confirm that the Band contains the Rx Frequency.
Since you can't make Rx Frequency blank (error during save) then seems like a check should be done to ensure the Rx Frequency is in-band and an error during save when it does not match ...

Re: 60M bandplan
Yes..things have changed....the below changes to 60M that I created are in sync with the somewhat recent updates to the 60M band plan.
https://www.arrl.org/band-plan
60 Meters (5 MHz channels)
*Only one signal at a time is permitted on any channel
*Maximum effective radiated output is 100 W PEP ...

Re: 60M bandplan
Did...but many users won't know that. Like the one I helped.
Presumably you could just add it to standard bandplan.

60M bandplan
Need to add 60M 5357 range to bandplan 291 at least.
Unable to save QSO with card received without it -- get an error to check band plan. The QSO comes up with an empty band.
<BandPlanRange>
<Band>60m</Band>
<Start>5357.0</Start>
<End>5360.0</End>
<EmissionType>DIGITAL</EmissionType ...

Re: Cluster filter carries over between configurations
Have now found that email settings carry over between configurations too.
Quite possible that two configs may be different people and need different configs for email.

Cluster filter carries over between configurations
I have two configurations to start Log4OM.
If I turn off/on CW cluster filtering in one config the new setting shows up in the other config.
This should remember "by config" I would think.
Using Log4OM v2.30.0.0

Spot info include state
When making a spot report from Log4OM would be nice to automagically include the state of the user making the report added to the Spot Info.
