Alert Emails?

Does V2 have the capability for emailing alerts like V1 had? I use that extensively.

I don't see it anywhere....

DXCC Invalid Alert

Helping a friend with this problem.... Log4OMv1 emailed a DXCC alert for TO4A -- but it looks like it failed the lookup (country is blank) and still sent an alert. Is it possible when the country is blank it's passing some logical check like with DXCC=0 not matching anything in the log? I guess the ...

Re: Slow Logging

I've got over 30,000 QSLs so that may be a factor.

Slow Logging

It takes around 15 seconds to log a QSO...mainly due to loading all the awards. I tried deleting all the awards I don't care about but they are all "protected". In the attached I show the UDP log request 13:54:20.158 It takes 1.5 seconds just to parse the ADIF record which should take about 10ms or ...

Re: RTTY Spot

I don't have a 7300 but my friend does. I have an ANAN 100 and it doesn't have a RTTY mode in Thetis or PowerSDR. As for the 7300 RTTY mode won't transmit over the USB audio on the 7300 -- you have to be in USB-D mode for any USB audio to work...like from FLDigi for RTTY. And I respectfully disagree...

Re: RTTY Spot

As I explained before...on rigs that do not have RTTY settings the frequency is 600Hz off from skimmer spots. The RTTY Skimmers add 585Hz to the decoded frequency...don't ask me why...they just do. So depending on your RTTY offset in a rig that knows about RTTY it will show up at your programmed off...

Re: RTTY Spot

With lack of RTTY activity any poll question will be pretty useless. To me the idea that it's broken should be enough to prompt a solution. As the primary maintainer of hamlib, for example, if I put up a poll question for every change requested we'd never make any changes. Most people either don't c...

Re: RTTY Spot

I'll add that FLDigi does this all correctly when using FLDigi's built-in spotting system since it knows it's a spot and it's in RTTY op mode. It will subtract your FLDigi offset from the spot (i.e. wherever you have your RTTY bars at) to make the spot match them. And when you have your bars centere...

Re: RTTY Spot

The problem is that the spot freq is the mark. If you tune on USB to that frequency you will hear nothing as it will be 0Hz offset from that frequency (actually below 0Hz offset on USB as the space will 170Hz below the mark). CW Skimmer adds 585Hz to the mark freq which rounds to 600Hz in the revers...

Re: RTTY Spot

That applies to all modes though and it's only needed on a RTTY spot.
All other frequencies are correct.
