sh/dx cluster processing

It would appear that Log4OM cluster processing does not recognize the sh/dx command results? This is from w3lpl.net sh/dx/30 10115.0 A82X 30-Sep-2019 2225Z Up EL <W5ZN> 18130.0 TI2CC 30-Sep-2019 2224Z CQ DX +TI <TI2SS> 14195.0 HQ9X 30-Sep-2019 2224Z +HR <KC7ZON> 14238.0 WW0WWV 30-Sep-2019 2224Z 59 I...

Re: cluster is slow

Note also that when sqlite is the database the Log4OM is using 100% CPU during the spot updates. Here's the log from the sqlite database -- it's about 700ms per query 2019-09-29 15:06:21.7177 DEBUG: SQLiteDatabaseManagement: SELECT QSOID, CALL, QSODATE, TIMEON, QSODATEOFF, TIMEOFF, RSTSENT, RSTRCVD,...

Re: cluster is slow

It's not the cluster site that is slow -- it's Log4OM doing it's thing on each spot. You can see the internal time delays in Log4OM as it process the spot. I discovered this as I'm trying to make the cluster spotting useful so I wrote a queuing program which talks to the cluster site and sends the d...

cluster is slow

I have about 33,000 QSOs in my log. Trying to connect to dxc.w3lpl.net:7373 to use the CW Skimmer spots but the updates to the cluster spotting in Log4OM is horribly slow -- about two records per second being processed which really can't even keep up with the skimmer spots during a contest like this...

Re: ARRL Award error

Also...somewhat related...don't know if you saw what appears to be a bug that I posted in another part of the forum. The "Credit Granted" status apparently depends on LOTW being Validated and one or more credits being checked. But LOTW Validated is not done with card checks as of now. https://forum....

Re: DXCC

Unfortunately that DXCC data does not contain MODE or TIMEON so makes it a matching problem. We need to campaing with the DXCC side of the house to get them to include those fields from the uploaded ADIF file. I also found what I think is a bug. When doing "Actions/Mark Submitted as Granted" it shou...

Re: W3LPL Cluster login

I was able to write a simple client that talks to w3lpl port 23 without any problem. Simply waits to see "call:". I thought I saw where Log4OM is supposed to be waiting for "login:" or time out....but I don't see that happening. I really don't want to hassle w3lpl when the client should be able to h...
