ver 1.26, net control still poor

I had hoped for a couple of minor improvements to appear in the latest version, however despite them appearing to be trivial changes, net use is still a little tedious: 1. Moving a station up or down the list, which is a handy means to remember the running order, resets the start time whenever the s...

Re: Net Control / RST

Bill and Terry, thanks for raising the issue of signal reports in nets, I've just checked and mine is the same, ie when you click on a call to enter it into the log, the last entered signal report is entered in the log... Also, while addressing the signal report part of net use, can the following be...

Ver 2, better closing of net?

In the current version, in order to close a net you have to "right click" each call and wait for it to clear. If you click the "close net" button, it doesn't save the entries.

Can we have the "close net" button also save the entries to the log?

Re: ADIF export Log4OM

I was going to post a few suggested issues to be fixed in ver 2, but seeing there is already a thread on this one... The ADIF export works, but the progress bar just reaches the end and stops, there is no "complete" message, so we are left wondering if the export was completed or not. Hopefully an e...

At the last time of checking, only Winkey USB is supported in Log4OM, not the RS232 serial one. The issue of Winkey RS232 has been outstanding as a "to do" job for more than a year. Hopefully it will be included soon.

Re: Hz, seconds and mW???

For the minority of users who run mW power levels the rest have to waste 3 digits of space? Perhaps a tick box to cut the clutter?

Hz, seconds and mW???

This isn't so much a feature suggestion as a request to remove the surplus digits that do nothing to enhance the use of the program. It is pointless to show power as (for example) 50.000, that would need a resolution of 0.002% on a power meter... Likewise, a display to 1Hz and QSO times to the secon...

Re: Omnirig Times out- Flex3000 Power sdr- Frequency stops responding.

My K3 probably has the same issue with Log4OM/Omnirig, after an hour or so, clicking on a cluster spot puts the spot frequency into the log but doesn't change the radio frequency.

It looks like the problem is quite widespread.

Re: Start Time/Stop Time Woes

With Clublog, I've noticed that if I edit the time on an entry it often results in a duplicate in Clublog if I have External logs set to "auto upload on new QSO" to Clublog... I'm not sure why Log4OM appears to create these duplicates. I've gone back to manual

Re: Slow database lookup?

Hi Terry The install was done as administrator and the fresh download matched the size of an earlier download. I'm not able to run more tests until later today, or possibly Monday. I have a 7000 record log file on my laptop as well, so I can compare them. Ticking/unticking the box changed the lookup...
