Re: ADIF Import from fldigig - no locator
I think it's an issue with the "post-process" activity i'm doing to fill data with qrz/hamqth informations. Today i will check this part of the code to see if it's the case. by the way distance can be set automatically by code. I'll do that. 73 Daniele If I manually import an ADIF line fr...

See site of JoeTaylor, K1JT. http://physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/K1JT/index.html The Nobel prize is famous for many innovative ideas in radio protocols. I want t...

Re: Flrig/Fldigi XML-RPC support
You might want to reach out to Tom (DL2RUM) who implemented support for Fldigi (frequency/mode tracking, plus log monitoring) into RUMlog on OS X. His address is tom at dl2rum.de. 73 Dave K3DCW Hi Dave, thanks for the post. Though OS X is very different from Windows the network protocol is some ......

Re: Imported log distance problems
Fixed the function to calculate distance with a AA11 format locator. The "drawback" of this way is the locator distance is calculated from the BOTTOM LEFT point of the square. This is not an issue when working with 6 digits locators, but can become an issue when working with 4 digits loca...

Re: Flrig/Fldigi XML-RPC support
Interesting work Sandro, i'll check asap. One of the most requested features is provide informations to FLDigi about rig frequency and so on. If FLDigi can send informations through XMLRPC it's possible to use a better performing way instead of polling a text file with ADIF inside. 73 Daniele Its v...

Re: Imported log distance problems
Hi Juergen, I have to admit that I did not even look at the 4 digit Locators so completely missed that issue. This morning I have had a quick check as it would seem that we do have an issue with 4 Digit locators, guess we never checked them because they are quiet unusual because most people use 6 d...

Re: Flrig/Fldigi XML-RPC support
Well, if the development is active and "alive" this can be a good addition to the program. I'm already working on XML-RPC to talk with FLDigi... need some experience on that, because Log4OM is pretty modular, but adding a brand new CAT system integrated with everything needs to be approac...

Re: Log4OM Portable will be maintaned ?
Ok, should be fixed now. Will be available on the next release. The only thing that remains "unmanaged" is WHERE the log (your amateur radio log) is saved. If you choose to save the log in the usb key you need to manually open it when starting, if the usb key hard disk letter changes. Bac...

Re: Log4OM Portable will be maintaned ?
Hi Sandro, One of the other guys will have to test this, probably Daniele, because I am now away from home for a few days. Sorry! Hi Terry, no problems there is only one subtlety in form load that will be corrected in the new version that I look forward. Compliments for : stability speed portabilty...
