After having entered your references in the configuration, you must add new QSOs to the database. These QSOs will then have your references attached. I'm using this feature since many years when activating SOTA summits. Terry's answer is 100% correct.

We had this problem with earlier releases. In my environment (Hamlib, Elecraft K3) it is still there. About every second attempt to manually start CAT fails: QRG is showing as 145500. When I then open the CAT interface screen, the "rig model" line is empty. Any ideas?

Log4OM 2.19.0.0 portable. With any new update I used to overwrite only older files, but then was told in this forum to overwrite all files in the program folder.

Unfortunately, the "Direct SQL" feature in QSO manager only does delete/input/update queries but no selects. I can't think of any valid reason for this limitation. On the contrary, selects are risk-free when compared against delete/input/update. You have to access the database from outside...

No problem Terry. First it's not a show-stopper for me, and 2nd the manual workaround is just a few extra mouse clicks.

The root cause of my CAT connection issues seems to be the fact that the Hamlib RIG model defined under Settings | Program Configuration | CAT Interface | Hamlib is not saved. After each restart of Log4OM Portable, this field is again empty.
