You can use wsjt-x without cat and just use the ptt with another port.
I use Log4OM with cat using COM8 and WSJT-X using COM6
Only thing you need to do extra is manually change frequency on the TRX if needed.

Possibility to store the data entered in the QSO window (call, mode, locator, whatever more) into some kind of buffer so when I try to work a station that does not hear me or too busy would be able to store all those data and monitor another freq and return later to that first freq without having to...

I would like to see next to the DXCC notifications (new, worked on xx m phone, confirmed on xx m CW etc) the same with locator squares.
Also statistics and maps for worked squares and so on.
