Yes search will do too.
I thought about something as you did for SOTA. It offers three levels of filtering and search which is very handy.

Re: New Custom Awards
Most of the confusing prefixes are probably not problem at all like K1 to K9. I guess they all belong to the same DXCC but I canot tell. There are some where the same prefix leads to two or more DXCC. That is hard to proccess automatically. Maybe we could ask WCA management to include DXCC codes in ...

Re: Alerting when spotted station is needed for some award
I guess it would not be a problem for awards that are based on call signs like prefixes or special calls, and that was what I had in mind.
For other awards, I agree that could be quite complex.

Re: WCA - World Castle Award
Mine XML is 32 MB and it can be cut quite a bit if some obviously redundant and empty fields are removed (i did not remove them as I was not sure if it would work) How did you manage to match all prefixes with DXCC? There are few prefixes that the same prefix matches two or more DXCC. I did not know...

Filtering award references by group and subgroup
If award references have group and subgroup defined it would be very helpful if user can use them in Award Manager to filter out references and find needed reference in easier way.
Current interface provides no help in searching. One must scroll down whole list to get to the reference he needs.

Alerting when spotted station is needed for some award
Log4Om shows basic info of worked, or worked on the same band. It would be great if ti can alert when spotted station counts for some of the awards (even custom ones) user is targeted on.

Award goals
Some awards have several levels (i.e. bronze, silver, gold) which are accounted for number of points scored.
Are there plans to add support for goals in award definitions, so that Log4OM can alert user when he approaches or reaches one of the goals?
