When I uppload to LOTW, I get an error message that says, among other things, that I have the wrong ITU number. I looked it upon the web, it should be 2 for north America, but on the setup page, it allows only 6, 7, or 8.What am I doing wrong?

I have been controlling the CAT by using a splitter using VSPE from Enterlogic. This has worked FB in providing the CAT function for WSJT-X and Log4omV1. IN V2, the splitter does not split. Under "connect" I select CAT and then "Start". The green light on the bottom turns on. But the window for the Frequency display says :off.

Any suggestions?
