Main Menu>File>New Database, tell it where you want the DB to reside.
Then Main Menu>File>Open Database, select the database you created
Then Main Menu>File>Import ADIF to your database
That should do it.

Re: Cluster questions
Those colored balls on all the cluster and maps mean absolutely nothing. Ignore them. I've been trying to get them removed but it falls on deaf ears.

Re: How to enter paper log data ?
Be it a spreadsheet or entering each into Log4om is a manual process either way.
Log4OM only imports files in .adif format which is the standard format for logging software.

Re: Log4OM cluster window not recognizing some countries
Tony,
Your almost right but the cluster uses the SCL and no other lookup as it would require another inter query.
It resolves correctly (Austria) in the call sign window because that window queries the SCL, ClubLog and QRZ (or HamQth).

Re: Possible new user, questions
If, in Settings (Cat & Cluster tab) you can set various colors of your choice for what you ae asking for I think. Try it and let us know. Thanks.
The colors will then indicate the various combinations in the cluster windows.
