Christian, Your LOTW Temporary Path location will give you such errors. Move that directory under the Windows O/S: "Documents" or "My Documents" folder. Make the change also in your LOTW Configuration in Log4OM. Should work for you once you do that. See images below where I have ...

I happened across a Y/T video going over some FTxx APPs installation and did a screen grab of the JTAlert Settings / Logging portion where there is a toggle on/off option to deal with the "Requested" item.

I forgot to ask which version of Log4OM are you using? Pls don't just say "latest". What is the version # that you can see in the top left border of the Main UI and/or at: Help / About ?

Unfortunately it won't default to that debug level every time. So when a bug like this occurs the horse has already left the barn. Unless the OM selects the log level in the Configuration. If selected there it will stick until the OM changes it again in the Configuration. But, yes, you are correct ...
