OK...we got most of his current QSOs marked correctly. Now we've checked a few of the older ones from the 70's and such which are in the DXCC download but no in his log. Tried importing the DXCC but it won't create new QSOs for the missing ones....no doubt due to the missing time. Is there any way t...

There is a login capability for that API just like the LOTW download.
