Re: Log4OM offline
Funnily enough, I pressed start CAT when Omni-rig was running and Log4OM started showing the rig's frequency. Thanks for getting me on the right track. Would this be considered a bug that needs attention?

Re: Log4OM offline
I have tried all of those suggestions without success.
I like to have Omni-rig running all the time as if I come across a problem, it has often been related to omni-rig having closed without my realising it.

Log4OM offline
I am using Omni-rig and the only way that Log4OM seems to become online is if it loads Omnirig itself. I prefer to start Omnirig manually. How can I force Log4OM to go online. The CAT light is green.

Sufferers of JTDX/JTAlert/Log4OM 2 logging issue - and you volunteer to help?
I have my windows set up so I can check that each QSO is logged. It normally works FB. I then enter the QSO manually. If I reboot Log4OM, not only do I see the entered QSO, but also any that I have not entered. I am investigating this issue but it does not happen that often If anybody is having this...

Log entry
I understand that using the TAB key will move the edit field. But some fields are not being highlighted. I have never used QSO entry on a manual basis before as I, until today, was an exclusive FT8 operator so all QSO entries were automatically added. I have found that the start/end fields do not ge...

Re: Hamlib version used in Log4OM
Correct! we only use official releases especially when it is a shareware package, however users are welcome to experiment with unofficial releases at their own risk If only I knew that from the beginning! It would have been nice to have been told. What is a shareware package? Isn't Hamlib open sour...

Re: Hamlib version used in Log4OM
I suggest that you contact Michael Black W9MDB who is the current Hamlib open source developer for update advice, there are many Google posts asking the same question I did write to Michael Black and he said,"Log4OM has never updated their hamlib. I'll be doing a release candidate soon for ham...
