First, can you upload an ADIF file directly using TQSL? Is the TQSL program current? If it does upload, can you upload a new QSO directly and manually from Log4OM's QSL Manager window? Let us know the results.

The latest version is 2.20.0.0. To answer your question, no, its not necessary to uninstall the previous version.

Single click puts call in LOG4OM main form. Double click causes CAT QSY. Has been that way since early V1.

If any window is open and minized, it can't be recalled from the main log window. Window focus will switch when a minimized window is requested, but it never pops up. Not sure if this is a bug? LibreOffice is a free download and has a good spreadsheet program - Calc. Then you can re-order with a couple of clicks.
