Log4OM moved to .NET Framework 4.0

I've successfully completed the migration of Log4OM to .NET Framework 4.0, as part of the effort to keep the software up to date without bailing out users with older OS.
New framework allow me to have a wider set of tools for managing parallel tasks, making use of modern architectures for heavy duty tasks (e.g. importing large ADIF files) unleashing the power of new CPU.
Working on this part of the software doesn't provides new functions but make my life easier and overall development times decreases significantly, with large benefits for the future.
