Log4OM

Hey guys, after logging over a 1000 qsos for the last several months I just started getting an error message from jtalert after hitting the OK to log button at the end of a qso on ft8. The message says "log4om sqlite unable to confirm qso". I have gone back through all the set ups per the latest log4om manual but no luck. Anyone have any ideas? No problem with fldigi logging or any other log4om functions just the wsjtx and jtalert.

Is the qso not logged or is it just a message but the qso is actually in the Log4om logbook?
