Command Control for RIG

Hello,

Is possible add feature command control for rig (control power,up/down band, up/down mode, on/off the Rig).

There are some new features about VFO in next release, part of a partial rewrite of some CAT parts that will allow us to provide more features (at least the features provided in omnirig/hamlib libraries)
