Note/Other info troubles

Is there a way to make "NOTE" and "Other info" contain the same information?
My issue is ( I've searched the forum):
In "Note", everything reads on one single line...This is good but it doesn't include everything that is in "Other info". (up 2 etc)
See screen capture below T32FS at 0429z
In "Other Info" all needed info is included but it goes to next line after 20 characters or so. If you change the row height of the row it immediately defaults back to narrow with the next spot.
Sometimes that's ok but on a busy day it is nearly impossible to capture what is on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th lines before it closes up again.

Help or suggestions?

What I've noticed is "Other info" is collecting/accumulating the previous spotter's "Note" field.
In other words if you spot someone with 599 UK and then I spot them with 599 NC the "Other Info" field will contain:
"599 UK
599 NC"
Where your "Note" field and my "Note" field will only contain "599 UK" and "599 NC" respectively.
Is that how it's meant to be?

Try setting the cluster spots to ungrouped in options/cat & cluster

Hi Randy
Log4Om uses a particular approach to cluster.
It join all similar spots in a single spot, to declutter your interface.
You will never see the same callsign on the cluster spotted 2-5-10 times.
All spot are "conveniently" grouped together. The spot in the cluster gets the top of the list everytime someone will refresh it with another spot. So, instead of having 2-300 rows on cluster during busy days you will have only 40-50 unique calls.

Spot grouping DOESN'T Group callsigns if they are working in different modes or bands. If the spotted call changes frequency, the latest spot will report this one, the most actual one.

NOTE fields is a collection of the previous 15 spot notes collected. Here you can retrieve a couple of informations, as example complete reference informations spotted 3 spots ago, or a "listening +5" that was missing in the latest spot.
So, the actual note is the latest information, while a right click on the spot will show you the full set of informations about that call.

If you like the "old traditional" approach you can ungroup spot, by selecting the option in the cluster settings screen (in options menu), as Terry said

Thanks Terry and Daniele,
i have it set to "Show cluster ungrouped" under "settings/options/CAT&Cluster"
Is there somewhere else I'm missing?

Terry,
That's how I've had it set all along and it still shows multiple posts in "Other info". That's what the screen shot was for to show it still shows multiple posts set to show ungrouped.

Not a real problem for me just an observation.

Randy

OK that is a bug - The latest spot of multiple spots shows the notes for all older spots even when ungrouped

Issue reported to Lele.

Thank you for identifying this bug

as said to Terry, it's an "unwanted feature" that could be useful, rather than a bug...
informations provided are correct...
