Has your user name or password got any special characters in it like _ / & * | . + ?

it's your QTH Nickname set?
In my account is called "Home", because Log4OM supports multiple profiles and multiple profiles are supported on eqsl too, you must provide this parameter

In EQSL:
eqsl.PNG
eqsl.PNG (17.75 KiB) Viewed 8247 times
In Log4OM:
eqsl_log4om.PNG
eqsl_log4om.PNG (7.48 KiB) Viewed 8247 times

That must be it even though my own EQSL account has that field left empty. I'll re-config Log4om setting "Home" as the nickname and let you know later if it works.
Edit; to the best of my knowledge Terry the nickname field was never filled in during EQSL registration, it's really only something needed for uploading from a second location/computer and that's something I never intended doing, correct me if I'm wrong but filling in the nickname field was optional and not a requirement for EQSL registration.

FYI if you don't complete the eQSL nickname field when registering with eQSL it defaults to 'Home"

It would be best for you to go and look at eQSL and check what it is!

Yes, the "nickname" field must be set to "home" for Log4om upload to work, I've just done a sample QSO after re-configuring my Log4om external log using "home" and it automatically uploaded.
I've looked at my EQSL profile again and see there is indeed a name in the Nickname field and it's the same as the username I registered, strangely enough it's not "home" and that's the one I've used in Log4om and it worked, i then tried the EQSL nackname and that one worked too.
I'm almost certain I left that field empty when I registered with EQSL, mind you it was years ago, I wonder if it's not set does it automatically revert to the Username?.....just incase anyone else finds themselves in the same quandry. ;)

edit; I was typing as you were posting Terry so your last answer more or less answered it.

I will set this by default, or i will place a small hint on that.
Log4OM is "multi configuration ready", so this field is needed to upload to Eqsl using their "multi configuration" functions.
This is the "what is this" in EQSL website:
eqslmessage.PNG
eqslmessage.PNG (10.3 KiB) Viewed 8246 times
so it's necessary to have it set. Other software probably defaults with nickname but they cannot, in this case, upload QSL to different accounts.
thank you for reporting that, we now can take some actions to make it clearer :)

Hello,

Can anyone confirm one way or the other whether or not Log4OM External logs to eQSL or not? I've got the EQSL Setting set on the "External logs" Settings dialog tab yet my contacts are not getting uploaded. I am not a paid eQSL user and I wonder if that is my problem? Please let me know if I need to be a paid eQSL member so I can stop beating my head against the keyboard here!

Thanks,
Mike

There is no difference (in QSLíng) between "payed" users or "free" users. Only for eQSL award collectors it´s a difference you have AG or not (AG is free too). If you make some donations and climbing up to bronce, silver or gold membership you only have some more "features" at the eQSL website (e.g. loading up a personal picture for your card and some more). Have nothing to do with up- or download of eQSL verifications.

Think there will be another problem (Password, QTH-Settings e.g.)
