Some UI for for pop-up windows

Hi,
The program work very well and the follow are only GUI request
I perfectly understood that the current version is in maintenance phase as all develop is on new version.
So please consider the follow as a request for new release, not a bug.
My request is problably more simple to program that explain, so I add some images.
It refer to have similar GUI on all import/export funcions, but I notice that:
- horizontal scroll bar missed in eQsl upload
- resize not working
- resize missed in ADIF Import
- cannot select or copy the text (readonly instead of disable on control?)
