Airlink Express coupling

Post by no0i »

Needless to say LOG4OM and Airlink Express are two gem programs that are highly stable and popular. Please consider linking the two much like was done with FLDigi.

Hi John,

think that´s not a problem if Airlink Express can handle XML RPC. For all other kinds
of linking Lele has to programm an own engine and at the moment Log4OM V1 is only
on maintenance.

Lele´s main work at this time is on Log4OM V2. Maybe it´s possible to link to AE in V2
but i think XML RPC is needed from the AE programmers for a proper "work togehter".

;) ;)

We prefer users to use their call sign as a user name!

If you can provide information about how Airlink communicates, description, links, PDF files etc, with external software then we can see if it can already be supported by Log4OM version 1.0 or if a major coding job is involved which may or may not be included in version 2.0
