Statistics and awards filter

Post by PB4FUN »

At the moment you can only select things like [worked/type of QSL status] and modes [ALL, CW, PHONE, DIGITAL] but it would be very nice to have custom filters for that.
In that way you can see things like : DXCC worked between [Date1] and [Date2] or DXCC Worked SSB using power <= 5 W, or DXCC worked in RTTY during contests.

Yes, i agree but this require a lot of code to make it working with all parameters.
Statistics are pretty "hard coded", and making them flexible as you're asking requires integration with parameters that are not easy to add.
Statistics are calculated by some fast and optimized functions, and are recalculated with every new QSO.

Anyway you can easily filter QSO by all parameters you require, export them as CSV and work with them using Excel in a very fast way.

Maybe making my own program to get it from the DB directly would be better than export-jojo-ing to excel

MIXED means there is no filter for MODE. It's the same of "ALL".

I do apologize as I did not fully explain the desiderata
it a graphical and readability issue, and I am not interested in the dictionary (ALL before MIXED)
let me explain
ALL: show all mode available and 3(6) cell for each band
MIXED: you need only 1(2) cells for band: in the mixed mode you need ONLY ONE confirmation for band NOT 3 (6) (1 and only one mode among CW, PHONE, and DIGITAL count for mixed)
Daniele : we have all the information (I agree with you) and the issue is graphical and readibility
the request it to have a NEW a graphical visualization interface like for a single mode
tnx to the flying Dutchman for dictionary joking ! :D

A few semi-simple queries and I have my QRP DXCC overview :-)
