Tooltips with fieldnames

When hovering over the columnheader in a gridview it would be nice to see the corresponding columnname as tooltip, e.g. Columnheader "Operator" having tooltip "TheOperator" or "The Operator : Varchar[50]" and maybe as well on the other controls.
