They are downloaded in Log4om either automatically or manual

You can manually force download from the last menu in the main Log4OM screen, or simply wait for the scheduled updates (that can be controlled from the settings screen).
Last version is shown in the HELP -> ABOUT screen. If you know there is a more recent version and your software doesn't have reached the day for automatic download you can force that from help menu.
