USA-CA award: County missing

After watching Terry's video tutorial I entered some award data today, until I reached a county which is missing: VA-ROANOKE.
This source lists 3143 U.S. counties, including VA-ROANOKE:

In activations.sqlite there are 3077 entries for USA-CA. No, I didn't count them manually, the SQL count function did the job, so the result should be correct. This makes a difference of 66 missing. Can we add these to the list in one single update?
