I will ask for an updated list from the WFF team in ITA.
Next release (1.23) will have a new button in QSO management / Field Update to FIX references, adding or removing leading zeroes according to the current award informations in the database.
Function will be in the Log Check-Up area, under "Check for updated award references" flag

So if the reference is WFF-VE0100 and you have WFF-VE100 the record will be fixed, and vice-versa.
Will be released under "New function that rescan log to find orphaned award references and reconnect with the correct one "

Thank you for the updates in 1.23 for WWFF.
Unfortunately the WWFF awards database is out of date. I have not been able to test the improvements yet.

The problem is that it must be manually processed before we can update log4OM, and this isn't happening (last one was in July).
It would be great if Log4OM could import the official file directly, and then we could update every month.
Do you think this would be possible, Daniele?

I'm in contact with the site admins, they usually send me a txt version on request.
I'll ask them an update.

Automatic update is easy to do, but unfortunately not from a PDF file like the one you linked there.

There have been many additions to VK recently and of course the new ones are the most popular to activate.
Would be difficult to process the PDF. Perhaps WWFF folks would put the text file online for everyone.

WFF Database updated with december 2015 references

There have just been another 136 VKFF references added in the last day or so and I made a CSV file and tried to merge it with the WFF file existing and they all appear in the awards manager, but do not appear in the award drop down when entering a QSO. It is something to do with the dates valid from/to, because a couple of references that were incorrect and I deleted and reentered manually, DO appear in the QSO dropdown list.
Any ideas? I think I have had this problem previously and was fixed by not having dates in the CSV file, but then the new references will have the same Valid from/to dates but they should only be valid from today.

Did you check the 'Merge' check box?

Yes I did tick merge and they all appear in the centre tab on that page (Award References) but not in the drop down when entering a QSO.
