I have already asked the french forum, but not new I put it here in the forum award.

My question is: I want to know if the update of awards is automatic or not?

Then how does he do to create a new Award?
I speak to create the xml file.

Yes the awards can update automatically if you set them to do so in the Log4OM options and 'Settings' drop down menu
