WAI - Worked All Ireland - IRTS

Whilst it's easy enough using the Award Manager to add this one-liner ...
At version 1.27.0.0 the WAI Award References do not contain J05-ARMAGH - Armagh.

Are you certain that is a correct reference because the data list we used was supplied by Ger McNamara at the IRTS?

J05 is valid.

Also, County Wicklow has been coded as Wickow
