DME AWARD EA SPAIN SUPPORT

The Diploma Towns Spain is granted on the following basis, taking as a fundamental axis of the geographical concept of town.
1. Diploma may be requested by any licensed amateur or hear.
Two. Guests can obtain the Diploma Municipalities of Spain (DME) attesting contact anyone with a minimum of 300 municipalities from those reflected in the current list of official census of the National Statistics Institute (INE). The complete list is available on the website of the URE (http://www.ure.es) in the download file.
March. Diploma is granted only in mixed mode, in which modes Phone, CW and MGM (modes generated by machines) are included.
April. Contacts made will be valid from January 1, 1999 and in any of the authorized bands were not valid contacts made through any repeater.

8.5. Requests or exclusive endorsements logs Diploma Geodetic Vertices Spain (DVGE) and Diploma Chapels of Spain (DEE) without having to submit QSL cards are accepted.
8.6. Automatic endorsements of the various logs that are received in the vocalía for anyone who is a member are given, you can also upload the log through the web page of ERUs to be subsequently endorsed.
8.7. As of May 27, 2014 may be requested diploma and do endorsements through the web of URE.
9. Any other matter which is not covered in these rules will be interpreted and resolved by the Investigation Board Diploma of URE.
10. The top 20 amateurs who have a greater number of accredited municipalities appear in the Honours Diploma Municipalities of Spain for that purpose shall be published in the official organ of the society.
11. Annually the list of municipalities will be revised according to the latest edition of the National Institute of Statistics, in order to update the list of municipalities valid for this diploma, can not enter any new reference between the publication of the various listed by the INE. The only official list of DME is provided by the Investigation Board Diploma of URE.
12 -. On October 1, 2006 the "Expeditionary DME of the Year" trophy is created. This trophy will be delivered annually during the Congress of ERUs to reward, according to the manager of DME and Investigation Board Diplomas URE HF, perseverance and good work of the expedition to the various references DME.
The evaluation period will be the season between October and September of the following year.

15. To alleviate the expenses generated management diploma, the costs of issuance and delivery of certificates and endorsements, and the cost of the pins, plaques and medals will be charged.
