Please find attached the award definition for the POLSKA - Polska award. If you're still using Log4OM < v1.18 manually copy the attached xml file (it should be named award_POLSKA.xml) into the <user>/AppData/Roaming/LogOM/awards folder and restart Log4OM. The latest version of Log4OM will update all awards automatically.
